Using Book & Bloom
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, use the platform lawfully and follow the terms shown during each booking or listing flow.
Marketplace role
Book & Bloom helps travelers discover and request services offered by independent accommodations, airlines, restaurants, activity providers, vehicle rental companies and other partners. The provider is responsible for delivering the booked service and for the accuracy of its listing, availability, rules and required licenses.
Bookings, prices and payments
A booking becomes confirmed only when the checkout flow identifies it as confirmed and any required payment or authorization succeeds. The applicable price, taxes, fees, cancellation terms and provider rules are shown before confirmation. Indicative AI-generated prices or flight planning results are not live inventory and cannot be treated as a confirmed fare.
Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation policy displayed for the selected service applies. Refund timing can depend on the provider and payment method. If a provider cancels or materially changes a service, available remedies will depend on the booking terms and applicable law.
AI guidance
Bloom can simplify searches, listings, support and planning, but AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important travel, visa, health, accessibility, safety, legal and financial information with the relevant official source or provider before acting.
Host and partner responsibilities
Partners must have the right to offer their service, keep content and availability accurate, honor confirmed bookings, disclose fees and rules, and comply with applicable safety, tax, licensing, consumer and privacy requirements.
Misuse and account action
Fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, attempts to bypass security, manipulation of reviews or prices, and misuse of another person's identity or documents are prohibited. Access may be restricted while suspected misuse is investigated.
Changes and support
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material updates should be presented in the service. Questions can be submitted through the Book & Bloom support page.
