• Host or business listing information, availability, prices and payout-related details.
• Identity or travel documents only when you intentionally upload them for an available verification or check-in feature.
• Technical information needed for security, fraud prevention, session continuity and service operation.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, process requested bookings, personalize opted-in features, support travelers and hosts, prevent misuse, meet applicable obligations and improve the product.

AI-assisted features

When you use Bloom or an AI-assisted workflow, the information you submit may be processed to generate the requested response, recommendation, verification result or support guidance. Do not submit information that is not needed for your request.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with the accommodation, airline, restaurant, activity, rental or payment provider involved in your request, and with technical providers that operate authentication, hosting, payments, communications or AI features. Access should be limited to what is needed for the relevant service.

Retention, deletion and requests

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and satisfy applicable record-keeping duties. You may request access, correction or deletion through the Book & Bloom support page. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and transaction purposes.

Security and contact

Book & Bloom uses access controls and platform security features to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. For privacy or security questions, use the in-app support page so the request can be routed appropriately.
